These squash have creamy white, tender flesh that is fantastic fresh and it freezes well. This squash has the best flavor when harvested at 8-9 in. long. Fertilize when fruits form to increase the yield. Zucchini Burpee's Fordhook is ready to start harvesting 57 days after seed is sown.
