Larkspur (Delphinium elatum 'Pacific Giants Blue Bird') - Description
Larkspur is native throughout the Northern Hemisphere and also on the high mountains of tropical Africa. The plants of 'Pacific Giants Blue Bird' feature strong stems with double, purple flowers that are perfect for cut flower and perennial gardens from late spring to late summer. Delphiniums are pollinated by butterflies and bumble bees and attract hummingbirds as well. All this and they are resistant to deer as well. So use them generously in woodland themed yards or properties exposed to critters that would normally love to take a bite of your offerings in the landscape!
