Purple Passion Vine (Gynura aurantiaca 'Purple Passion') - Description
G. aurantiaca is from the East Indies. It is grown for it's striking foliage and stems, which are covered in velvety purple hairs. It produces oval, pointed leaves that are 6 to 8 inches long and 2.5 to 4 inches wide with deeply toothed margins. It bears yellow to orange 0.5 inch long flowers with an unpleasant odor.
