Japanese Kerria (Kerria japonica) - Description
K. japonica is native to China and Japan. It produces slender yellowish green stems in the winter with green, somewhat triangular 2 to 4 inch long toothed leaves. It also bears small, yellow rose-like flowers in the spring.

Blooms March-May what looks like small, single yellow roses. Although the plant can survive in full sun, the flowers will bleach and is not recommended.
