Cranesbills (Geranium x 'Pillar Salmon') - Description

Like no other geranium ever seen before, this exciting variety grows up and up. It forms a handsome column of billowing green foliage covered with dozens of huge 5-6" flower clusters of brilliant salmon! Give it a wire cage or stakes for support and it can grow 3-4' tall in a season! Or let it ramble through other flowers in beds and borders. It can be best to plant several close together for mutual support. . Plant this Burpee exclusive in the full sun in fertile, well-drained soil in the garden or in a commercial potting medium for container growing. Space the plants 8" apart for growing upright, 12-15" apart if allowing it to ramble.
