Chefs love Burpee's early scallop-type squash for its great taste and versatility. 2 1/2-3" long with distinct scalloping. All Burpee's summer squash are bush shaped so they can easily be grown in either hills or rows. You can plant these in your garden up to 3 weeks after the last frost date in your area. Harvest young and serve whole.
