Bugle (Ajuga reptans) - Description
A. reptans are spread quickly, making a mat of dark green leaves. Each oval leaf is 2 to 3 inches wide in full sun and up to 4 inches wide in part shade. They bear blue flowers in 6 inch spikes which appear in spring and early summer. They are subject to root rot and fungal diseases where drainage or air circulation is poor.
