Lace Flower (Trachymene x 'Lacy Pink') - Description
A tame, pint-toned version of Queen Anne's lace also known as Lace Flower and Didiscus. Clusters of tiny florets form lacy umbrellas 2-1/2" across. Ferny leaves add interest for cuts and borders. Start indoors 6-8 weeks before last spring frost, or outdoors after. Pretty in borders. Lovely and long-lasting in bouquets.

Lace Flower (Trachymene x 'Lacy Pink') - Growth
Erect, branching annuals, biennials, and perennials. Plant will grow to be about 2 ft. tall and does well in the sun but does not tolerate much heat. T. coerulea is the most grown species of Trachymene. It works best at the front of an annual or mixed border, or in a cool greenhouse. Also produces flowers that are appropriate for cutting as they are long lived.
