Plumbago. Brilliant sky-blue flowers on a bushy, spreading tropical shrub. In a pot, the horizontal branches and flowers extend gracefully over the sides and downward, making this an excellent companion for colorful container plantings. Also good in flower borders. Very heat tolerant. Ht. 12-18". Burpee Exclusive. Sun.
