Meadow Rue (Thalictrum spp.) - Description
A wonderful background plant for the border or a woodland garden. Gives the misty, airy effect of Baby's Breath. Small, fluffy white, rose, lilac and purple flowers above lacy, bluish green foliage. Prefers shade and moist soil.
