Good plants for novice gardeners due to their ease of growing and attractive flowers and foliage. Versatile, they grow in many soil types, even wet, boggy sites. Commonly known as spiderwort due to their long sprawling stems. Cut back after primary bloom and plants will rebloom come fall.
