White eggplants have delicate flavor and sweet skin. 'Crescent Moon' has even more flavor is very creamy and quite mild. Robust plants stand 3' high and are loaded with slender, plump fruits. Pick when the fruits are 6"-7" long and pure white. This absolutely delicious eggplant is ready to harvest in 62 days.

Does best with humidity and heat. Day time temperatures above 80°F are preferable. Night time temperatures below 70°F can decrease fruit yield. In cold climates protect young plants with floating row covers to increase the temperature directly around the plant.
